Remote patch changes on LE

Please forgive me if this has been asked before, but is there a way to change my program and combination patches remotely from a tablet thru the midi connectors, say from a set list. The problem is that the time between songs (live band) is spent waiting for me to get my programmed patches up for the next song, and with failing buttons and switches it's quite a pain in the ass.
I know it may be time for a new keyboard, but I like the sounds the LE has and especially the way it can sound just like a pedal steel using the bender, sustain & volume pedals, plus I've got a lot of split keyboard patches programmed in on the “combi” side. Thanks
