How do I copy a Karma module to perfectly replicate.

This topic has probably been covered in the past.

I've looked at Qui's video about how to copy a Karma module into another combi and to be honest, no matter what I've tried the sound is nothing like the original Karma module.
I've tried re-addressing all the MIDI settings, so am obviously doing something stupid.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
