For us novices Version 2.0

Pete/Don and the rest of you big shots ( my heroes )
would you be able to list
for idiots like myself who
use the PA4x for songwriting and recording styles " as is or as are " and sing over them with a bit of GarageBand added,
what Version 2 really improves upon version 1.2.4
or whats the big deal about it?
now that I have it
what was I not paying attention to in 1.2.1?
I am not a live performer
that happened 4 decades ago so anything that helps live performance
means nothing to me at all.

id appreciate it
maybe others would also
I sometimes think the quiet ones never write in
and miss out on what you guys know already like the back of your hand.

Hi GL

Rather than copy & paste here may I (politely) recommend that you have a look at the Korg website (PA4X) and all the Version 2 release notes (PDF) - - you can then see all of the enhancements and new features of version 2.

There are many things, let alone a whole stack of new styles, new SOUNDs etc.
Much of SONGBOOK has been enhanced and fixed from version 1.
The new Kaoss effects
...and much more....

It is a huge update...
