It's not the same issue here !
"hany" user issue description is "corrupted media" issue of internal flash memory USB stick that Pa3X 61 version use as
"HD" (where system files are saved) and probably must be replaced by a similar and faster !
But this requires operations via service menu and can't be handled by end-users so korg service center support is required !
Maybe a system format using official Pa3X_RES file could resolve this temporary , but in most cases internal USB flash
memory must be replaced !

Hope this helps

Can you get into update mode by pressing INTRO1 and power on like described in the update manual?
If not you can just swap the internal usb (It is located under the big cover on the bottom of the keyboard, where the ram backup battery is too).It should ask to format the stick right away and then clean install the os.
If it still doesn't pass the korg logo then it is a hardware issue and you can't really do anything if you are not an electronics repairman.Even the schematics are not available for pa3x so somebody that has knowledge of its internals should take a look.It could be something small like a cable strip but it can be also the mainboard or psu or another board that has a fault.
