Korg Monotron Delay- Bypass switch?

Post by Andyroo66 »

Hi
I'm using a Monotron delay connected to a keyboard (old Yamaha PSS680) via the Aux in , headphone out then goes to a small mixer (micromix MX400) which then goes to a boss rc-30 loop pedal.
Get some great sounds!
But there are occasions when I'd like to switch off the monotron and just play the keyboard in "regular" mode, but if I switch the monotron delay to standby it cuts the keyboard signal
Is there a bypass box I can hook up to it?
thanks

Hi Andy.
Have you tried turning the feedback all the way left, counter clockwise.that should cut the delay.

Plus, if you manage to do this quickly, you can simulate a gated effect. ;-) My personal favorite to this day.
Current: Korg Micro-X, KLC-1, KL-DE, Korg Nanokontrol 1, Novation Launchpad I, Roland U-220, Roland U-20, Korg Monotron Duo, Korg Monotron Delay and Korg Taktile49.

Past: Kaoss Pad 3, Roland SH-101, Korg X5, MS-20 usb-controller, Korg Electribe EA-1, Casio HT-700

The best is yet to come.
