Kronos 61 Berlin Grand Problem

Hi everybody!

I've just bought a Kronos 2-61 and the Berlin Grand Piano not work properly. I play and it fade in and out by self. There is no other sound that I've tried with this problem. I've made a full restore and also updated at 3.1.2, but the problem is the same. Enyone who had the same problem?

This is what happens with purchasable expansion sounds. They operate in a fade-in fade-out demo mode until the sounds are "purchased" and the licence key is entered. Now the Kronos 2 should come with the Berlin Grand working without fade-ins/outs, but if something has been done to the Kronos e.g. new SSD, or the software has been fully reinstalled, then the public crypto key will have changed. Suggest you contact Korg.
