DISPLAY: normal mode is blurry, and setup mode is sharp

Post by Bescki »

Something that I don't like is blurry display. I think the software is not designed for this display resolution. The resolution is for Pa 1,2, 3 screens.

I was waiting that they will redesign the interface, but programmers didn't.

The only thing that programmers did for screen on Pa4x is the setup screen, so in update screen you can see the better resolution.

Am I wrong?

Many forum members, including myself, have expressed disappointment with the display. Hopefully it will be improved in the future.

I don't agree. In my opinion displayed data in OS v2.0.x is sharper.

Yes, there is a little improvement in font sharpening, but resolution is the same. :-(

Hi Asena
Haven't heard from you for a while - hope all is good with you.

I also think you are most likely correct
I don't have an issue with screen and prefer it to the PA3X and the Kronos.

It's all in the "fingers" of the beholder of course

Cheers

I think more resolution or a cleaner screen will just slow down the screen , more resolution take up memory and it will get slow.
