Kronos 88 stand
Do you think this stand will work with a Kronos 88? It says it will carry 35 kilo but somehow it seems this construction will be not that stable.

Re: Kronos 88 stand
I have that and it is very stable. I only have a K2 73 but I think it would be fine with an 88.laandodeman wrote:Do you think this stand will work with a Kronos 88? It says it will carry 35 kilo but somehow it seems this construction will be not that stable.

Kronos 2 73
I bought this one instead. I also use it for my 85 lbs MIDIboard.

I also have k&m spider pro for when I’m using 2 boards. I used to use it with a Triton Studio 88, which is even heavier than a K88 with no problem.
My favourite stand when gigging with just one board is Hercules KS400B. Really solid, easily adjustable and folds up small.

Re: Kronos 88 stand
I have the Spider Pro since 5 years for use with the Kronos88. I use also a second keyboard on the higher part (an 18kg Korg PA2X or a Midi Keyboard). At the very top, I have a laptop stand installed, which I also use for an Ipad sometimes) It is very stable and solid for all of this weight. Also great for gigging!laandodeman wrote:Do you think this stand will work with a Kronos 88? It says it will carry 35 kilo but somehow it seems this construction will be not that stable.

Kronos 88 stand
I use both K&M stands, the 18950 and the Spider Pro.
Both are extremely stable, expandable with several expansions like more arms, laptop stand, microphone holders, stackers etc.
To the 18950 I even put some wheels instead of the feet to roll it at home "under" the spider pro.
The only Thing I'm still looking for is a wider stacker plate about 120 cm.
The stackers of K&M are "only" about 64 cm wide.
If you have any suggestions, please let me know.

And both stands have much place for pedals under them.

Hmmm, no room for pedals. That's why I am interested in the Spider.Arizona Sage wrote:I use this one: https://reverb.com/p/ultimate-support-a ... id=3597143
