Minilogue Midi Sync Ableton Live

I was using the USB MIDI connection to sync ableton Live and Minilogue. for an arpeggiator

Ableton Live master clock.

Midi Settings to USB

however, they would both slowly drift apart over time .

The way i was able to sync since the beginning was with

Minilogue (MIDI SOUND) should be on:
track: on / sync: ON / remote: off

but they start to drift apart after 1 minute or so which is annoying when you try to record a long track tweaking the knobs in real time recording.


initial midi settings where:

Minilogue (MIDI IN) should be on:
track: on / sync: off / remote: off

Minilogue (KBD/KNOB) should be on:
track: on / sync: off / remote: off

Minilogue (MIDI OUT) should be on:
track: on / sync: off / remote: off

Minilogue (MIDI SOUND) should be on:
track: on / sync: off / remote: off




any ideas?

Hi djjepe,

I hope you will see my reply. I have the exact same problem with my monologue and as you stated this is really annoying. I am currently trying to record a track and it's impossible because of the sequencer drifting after 1 min or so.

Did you find a solution since then?

If anyone else can help it would be very much appreciated!

Thank you very much. It does make sense, I forgot about the sync jack
