Microarranger Expert needed!

I need to find someone who is proficient at building backing sequences or styles from scratch. I can't find any videos that explain it well. I want to record drums, then bass, then keys, etc. and do a sequence for section A of a new song, then another sequence for section B, and so on. Finally, I'll connect the sequences together to complete the song in a typical form (A,B,A,C,A,etc.) Is this possible? I'm an older songwriter who used to compose with an Ensoniq VFX-SD. Now I'm lost. Please help!
