Korg x50 pitch bend

I have a sudden problem with my Korg x50 pitch bend, it works properly till two days ago, then it stopped working totally, while the modulation wheel is still working, I've checked the hardware but it is OK, but can not find any thing in the settings in the owner's manual..!!!

There's very little info to go on.

What checks were done on the hardware? Were there any Program, Combi, or Global edits made recently?

Has a system initialise been tried?

by using a digital multimeter
