Nicely done. The instrumentation on your song is well thought out and put together.

Did you record in 16 bit or 24 bit ?

The sample rate is 44100hz. Ill sample the dry sequence from kronos into the MPC and then ill add plugins like reverb, EQ and compression. The TDR Nova EQ is very nice. you can cut frequencies below or above so you get a "clean" mix. Add som Compression with slow attack and fast release and you are home free :)
I can record synced audio in the akai S/W, but it slowes down my pc alot..

Very nice, congrats ! =D> =D>

You said you used TDR Nova EQ, why ? Couldn't you use Kronos internal EQs on one Total FX ( I found them very efficient)

thank you Liviou :)

I like to have full controll within my daw regarding EFX :)
It has to blend in correctly with the rest of the mix. If its wrong i have to sample it again. And with the TDR Nova you can cut frequencies so you dont get anny conflicting frequencies(low/mid/high) . Hope that answer your question :)

Very lovely composition! Nice arranging work. Love the short synth accent. Love the Vangelis-ey bass arpeggio! It's amazing how good you got the Kronos' stock cello sound to sound so good! The girl: Make friends, first. Later you will get signals if she wants to go further.
