Monologue Power Supply

Post by mono-mono83 »

Just a heads up, this power supply is hard to find in person (impossible?). I ordered a generic power supply from KVGear, but he didn't mention that he was out of stock and on backorder, and I didn't get word until 9 days late. He basically told me it would take 3 weeks to receive from ordering.

The Korg KA350 is the adapter you want anyway, not a knockoff Chinese adapter that could burn up your $300 synth. I ordered from Sweetwater, $26.95 and free shipping. Guitar Center has the same price. Personally I would pay the money and just get the legit adapter. I don't think you want to mess around with saving $10 when it could destroy a synth if it wasn't built proper.

Amazon be warned, if you buy a KA350 from Amazon, you're likely getting a Chinese knockoff based on the reviews people are posting.

Casio AD95 adapter works well for me, and substantially cheaper than KA350.
