Sample release time with SampleRobot?

Hi, all: For those of you using SampleRobot, have you had any issues setting the sample release time? For whatever reason, I get an error message no matter what value I enter into the sample release time field — and in fact, the release time setting is actually grayed out...here's a screen pic: https://d.pr/i/u458Uh

I've tried to reach SampleRobot's support but haven't heard back so I'm hoping somebody here might be able to help?

In case it matters, I'm using SampleRobot Multi-X. I also have the SampleRobot KORG edition, which gives me the exact same errors!

Answering my own question, in case somebody stumbles across these posts during research:

You must have the Pro version of SampleRobot to get the sample release feature.

D'oh!
