This is a problem I had since the latest Windows update:-
I noticed that Kronos was no longer recognised by Sibelius, Cubase etc.
Narrowed it down after usual checks within each program.
Windows appears to have dropped the drivers to all my keyboards (which include a Nord Stage 2, a Blofeld and a Korg TR).
So find the Korg uninstall driver in the Programs menu (bottom left) and uninstall it (don't try and fix or troubleshoot it).
You need the latest Korg Driver either from the website or (as I did) from your Kronos Driver folder (I always keep copies of the last few drivers of any hardware) Once you have that Install it (with your hardware i.e. Kronos unplugged). Same thing for any other keyboards. Don't forget no more than 10 in the registry - Windows limit!!!
Worked for me.
Hope this helps anyone who has experienced the same problem.
