I have downloaded the latest Version 1.163 and want to upgrade but where can I find the version (1.61 oriental) my current one in case of failure or changes?

You don't need the earlier version and officially it is not available anywhere..
If your pa3x is the oriental one there will be no problem if you update and even if it fails , even the old os will not work because an update failure indicates hardware (not software) problem.
