Need help with failing sounds!

Hi!

I use both my own sounds and factory sounds but suddenly some sounds stopped working. They sound like the MicroKorg ran out of batteries, although I don´t use batteries. I did however try to run on batteries if that would make a difference from using the AC-adapter but it sounded the same. I reset to factory settings but it didn´t work. Thankful for any help.

So the programs still sound, but differently as before? Or they are simply dead?
Is it on all programs?
