Featured Sound Set: Melliflous
128 Programs for the Korg Pa4X.

There are Pianos, Bass, Fast Synths, Lead and Pad sounds in this set.

The Melliflous sound set is divided in two parts:

The first 64 sounds are programmed with WET effect settings, these are created to play solo with or to use in the upper and lower slots of styles. The second set of 64 sounds are the same sounds but this time with effect settings that are more dry. These are created to use when you play in a band (or if you don’t really like FX on your sounds).

Although these are the same sounds, the dry effect programming has a drastic effect on how the program sound, so definitely try both type of sounds to see which you like more.

Tab 1 - 8: Here you can find the sounds with wet effect setups. You can recognise them with the name QR at the end.
Tab 9 - 16: Here you can find the sounds with dry effect setups. You can recognise them with the name #QR at the end. If you see a # symbol in the name then you know that you play that sounds with dry effect settings/

Hi Frank,

that's much appreciated. There is a section about donations in the Melliflous Manual that's included with the sound set package, it's at the bottom of the document. The procedure and information is in there.

Will any of these work on Pa700 ?

I don't have a pa700, but as far as i know the rom sample library is the same as on the pa4x and pa1000.

So in theory it should work, Could you try it and let us know the results?

* first do a save all of all your sounds before loading the sound set, that way you can always revert to your current state of your pa700.

Same engine, but to my knowledge only a subset of the PA4x sampleset.
