when I close (Korg Pa Manager) the PC always restarts, why?

Something (most probably the antivirus) have triggered the security protection of the program.
I would advice to use the chat on their web page and tell them the problem and they will fix it for you.

Korg PaManager restarting PC when program find license issue.
You must contact Developer via e-mail to fix it.
