OS Frozen

OS Frozen

I have a Korg M50, 61 key and when Booting it up I get to a screen that says : " Loading OS Failed". From that point on it is frozen. I would like to know if it is possible to still load the OS from an SD card without the menu?
Any info would be a big help. If you feel this is a hardware problem and not software please advise of any service bulletin's or known issues.
