Lets keep posting on one post..
The cpu/dsp in pa is suited for medical , automotive , security and other uses..
I doubt anybody would use a bad IC for these uses...
And think about that too.
The keyboards that work versus the ones that have failed due to bad manufacturing are less than 1-2% .
This is way more than acceptable and it happens on anything made worldwide , not just korg pa arrangers with dm3725 main processor...
Call it fridge, washing machine, car , tv, elevator, industrial things , whatever you can think of...
I m closing my point here summarizing that in my opinion the keyboards korg produces are well built, with hardware that corresponds and exceeds the power needed to accomplish the functions they have been programmed for , having bugs that get ironed out. Also i think korg is the only company that takes seriously the feedback from their customers and do something about it...
Most recent example, in pa700/1000 , the dual button (autofill+var) was not a feature in the first os versions and after our demand , they added it back to the next release...

Buy a new keyboard don´t bother to find a solution. In the USA the Pa900 is a bargain with 0% interest rate you are not wrong, go for it.rbwright wrote:As much as I enjoy watching everyone insult

So you have tried to contact them directly, right? This Forum is a lot of things, but not a way to formally contact the manufacturer. Personally, I would take your "$3000" keyboard in to a qualified repair facility and get some real answers.rbwright wrote:As much as I enjoy watching everyone insult
