Selected package is not valid :( please help me

Hallo Dear freinds
i am trying to load the new os version into my keyboard i have the old os version ( 1.2.1 june 20 2016 )everytime i try to load the new os it says (Selected package is not valid )
please help me

If you are loading the latest package it will fail
you must load OS 2.0 first then you can go to the latest version

thanks for your reply, but it still does nots works, i have tryed all os verions and still saying Pkg is not valid :(can you send me the link of the os

OK - maybe you have the wrong file:-

There are 2 versions of the PA4X keyboard and you will need the correct file for your keyboard.
One version required update files ending in PKG
the other version requires files ending in UPD

The only way to know which one is for your keyboard is this (from Korg):-
Depending on the production lot of your keyboard, the Pa4X accepts the update package with one of these two extensions: “PKG” or “UPD”.
To know which type of package your Pa4X requires turn it on while pressing and holding INTRO 1. After the calibration procedure the display will ask you to select either “a valid PKG file” or “a valid UPD file”. To avoid any damage to your Pa4X, download and install only the required file and be sure to follow the instructions provided.

The keyboard will not load the file if it is the wrong one so you are safe to try if you have to.
