Krome repetitive sequence

OK, I'm new at this keyboard stuff. I've figured a few things, but I don't know how to create a repetitive, on-going bass and drum pattern for the song You Dropped a Bomb On Me.......I've watched the Korg Krome video manual and just don't get it. Any ideas?

The Krome has a very nice set of options in ways to populate its sequencer.

For something very precise, I would use the pianoroll, or maybe step entry. Do it for one set of measures, then just copy those measures as many times as required.
