Piano Kross2 Noisy?

Hello. I'm having problems with my korg kross2.
Sound Piano is noisy with notes from A4 B4 or above.
Is it a bug or is it so?
Is there a way to fix it?

Is it just one Program or Combi that is affected? If so, which one, and what does the noise sound like? Is it distorted?

I went to the store to try another kross, it was still with the note A4 B4 C5 (voice kross piano). Probably because the sample of the manufacturer is collected so?
