Kross Editor doesn't work

hi guys. Just bought my first synth (guitar player here!) I just want to create my own backing tracks but I kind of having problem with the software. I am a iMac user and I have installed Kross Editor specifically for Kross 1 not 2. Installation was successfully but it doesn't/t lunch . What am i doing wrong? Thanks in advance for any help

You are not alone.

It does not work for me on my Windows PC.

I also have a Korg PA keyboard and it took 15 months after the release of the PA before the associated software was updated so that my PA would work.

I am expecting the same but probably via a longer timescale.

Thanks for a quick answer. Is there another option for mac? I mean another 3dr party software?
