is it possible to upgrade the memory ?

Yes you can double the Ram from 128mb to 256mb (with compression you can increase user samples from 256 to 512mb).
The original EXB-M256 made by Korg (compatible with the M3 as well) is expensive and difficult to get whereas the copies, often from Turkey or China, are cheap but sometimes not well made.
I bought one on E-bay from Turkey that did not work.
Ram upgrade is only useful if you have user samples.

Thank you so much .. but what do you mean with compression up to 511 ?

The Pa3x (as well as the 4x/700/1000) has an option in Sound Mode to compress your samples - effectively doubling the Ram - so even with your current 128mb you can go to 256mb without changing over your Ram card.
If you buy the 256mb card you can have the equivalent of 512mb by using compression.
The option to do this is in the menu of Sound Mode after pressing the record button.
Some sets already have the compression active including my 232mb piano set that fits on a regular 128mb factory issued Ram being compressed to 116mb.
