I just picked up a second hand Volca Keys and there were some already recorded sequences on it. I did the following procedures but they will not delete
Press Memory button and the select M number of sequence
Press and hold Func and 16 Light flashes then goes out
Press play, sequence seems to be gone
Move onto another one do the same procedure
Come back and hit Memory and the previous number and the sequence starts playing again, not deleted.
*I also tried after deleting a sequence to press Func/Memory and a bank that is empty but to no avail. Is this unit defective?
Sequences won't erase on Volca Keys..aarrgh

select pattern
press func + clear all > pattern is cleared. (repeat this and pattern reverts)
now you have to save/write the pattern
func + memory then selected pattern.
if you want to clear all of them, you can, at this point, write that empty pattern to all 8 locations.
check also that the motion control data is cleared before writing your empty pattern - and also that the Active Steps are all enabled.
