There you can here also some new styles

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uQ7bHHy45BM
Hmmmm .... at 1:56 he shows a factory "Pop Rock" style "The Fire"
Where did this category and style come from? Not on my PA4X

...and Reggae 90's at 9:04

that's a style from the pa4x Musikant. What i did was adding the musikant styles as a direct set on my pa4x international. There are a lot of great styles on the musikant version.

I have downloaded it from a thread in this pa4x subforum where somebody posted a download link for the musikant styles Set. I can't recall which thread it was, but i think it was posted about a year ago?

Note; if you got problem, second time reload OS.
Before this, do not forget restore.
REALLYYY?????
Fonts are super?
It's the worst graphic seen in any other arranger. No comment for the flagship.
You have there an 320x240 pixel interface used on a 800x480 display. This is why it looks so fuzzy.
In the third os they redesigned the whole graphic, but if no one said nothing about the poor quality of the graphic we don't have a full res interface.

I saw comments saying that this is a FREE update and many thanks to Korg...
I think the hardware costs max. 600-700 euros... the rest is know how sold as OS. The operating system makes the arranger what it is (with hardware limitations, of course).
I think that no one is able to release a perfect os and they build updates to improve the product, to support the customer learning from the customer. I bought pa4x since dec 2015. I had many problems with it until they released ver 1.1.3 (the first stable version for me).

They owe us until they manage to make a good OS. We buy their unfinished products for their maximum price and they test their product on our money. No problem, but don't tell me it's a free update. We paid for it from the day we bought the keyboard.

And let's agree to disagree... this is a shame, not an interface. I paid 3850 euros for a keyboard that has the same interface resolution as nokia 3310 (2017), but the nokia costs max. 50 euros.
See the resolution you should have in the update interface...

Have a nice summer!

wrong names

Post by liongold »

I downloaded the system and everything seems OK except for one thing. When I am making new keyboard sets in my user, more than half of the names of the instruments don't match up. Rock organs pop up Jimmy organ, acoustic guitars don't match up, etc. HELP! Does anyone else have this problem? Thanks, Liongold 8) 8)

Not sure how it should sound BUT it doesn't sound correct - I agree.
Might be worth putting the Potential Bug topic

+1 confirmed - 28 new styles for both

It seems there is no MUSIKANT version of the User manual - it's identical to the international copy????
