What is the Kronos sequencer's maximum length ?

Well obviously the EVENTS stack with multiple channels and when playing chords (or non-linear drum parts). It's quite possibly to run into the event limit when you load a couple of busy songs.

. SanderXpander, is the event limit for a single song, or all songs in a playlist, or all songs in all playlists ?

Hello, here is what I’m thinking to do, will try it next week.
1). In the SetList, dedicate 1 Page per “Composition”. Make each slot on the page = 1 stanza. For instance, slot 1 and 2 are intros, slots 3-6 are different versus. Slots 8 and 9 choruses, slots 10 and 11, breaks, and slot 12 an ending.

2) then when you want to perform the composition, move to where ever you want. 1 Set list can have 128 slots, so divided by 12 is 10 compositions. There are 128 Set List in memory, so that is 1280 compositions. (Way more than I need). And if you only use 8 Stanzas you could get 16 Compositions per set list. 128 set list is 2048 compositions.

Will this work? What am I missing ?

Just received my Kronos a few weeks ago and been traveling. So far only reading the manuals, forums etc. From that, it seems it will work. Make sequences, make combi, make song = 1 Stanza of the music, put songs into consecutive slots.

Now trying to discover if slots can be set to automatically “play the next one” or if I have to trigger off the UI screen.
