Pa700 To Pa600

Hello friends,
Has anyone discovered how to load SETS on the Pa600 created in the Pa700 or higher versions ???
I know of the SMF MIDI export and then import of the 600. That function if successful. But what I have not been able to load are user sounds and user drum kit.
Does the Korg Pa Manager 3.2 program perform that function?
