1. what effects are available for the DYNAMIC microphone
in the MIC In?
is there good reverb?
2. can i change the drum rhythm for any program or combi ?

using a microphone with effex /korg sounds with drum track

1) All fx are available. You can use up to 5 inserts chained and 2 masters. However limitations apply (same for programs and combis). For example you can't use reverb and delay simultaneously (in fact there is a multitap chorus that can be used with reverb, but maximum delay time is very short). Refer to the FX guide in the parameter manual (p207).
The reverb is Ok, totally usable. (This is a synth not a professional rackmounted reverb unit).
2) Each program or combi let you specify a drum track pattern and a step sequencer pattern. This way you can actually have 2 possible patterns, being the step sequencer simpler. This is stored as part of the program/combi, and in order to select another pattern when performing live you need to select another program or combi (or get into edit mode which is not live performance - oriented)

Actually, you can use 4 rhythms simultaneously! I forgot about the arpeggiators, which can be used too...
One question arises for me now: can we create edit or import drum track patterns? We can create arpeggio patterns and step sequences. I just checked the manuals and found nothing on this
