3x Screen Freezing

Hi, my 3x screen is started to freeze after 5 years.
Only screen is freezing sometimes all other things is working properly.
sometimes it is working 3-4 hours without problem, sometimes it is freezing after start.

all butons and sliders are working, change performance via STS buttons, if a song selected song player is working and turning back style mod with no freeze.

I removed ram an reinstall it, install Os and Res, still facing with this problem.

I think the problem is in the screen sensor.
