PLEASE HELP ME

I have just acquired a Pa3xle, the joystick is set to a full tone up or down, does anyone know how to adjust this to half a tone or semitone. I'd be so grateful, the owners manual is as useful as an ejector seat on a helicopter.
I also can't get the ribbon to work?
Korg tell me the RAM of 192mb is not expandable, is this true. Hoping you're well, I do hope someone replies, Quentin.[/b]

It might be better to post this in the Pa3X section of the forum, as it's likely to get read a few more times than here.

The User Manual page 123 details the pitch bend range setting. Pitch Bend sensitivity can be set on a per-track basis in the Style Play Mixer/Tuning menu.
