Triton sound probleme

In gig, Triton is powered on, sound check done, put volume to 0 and when i return hour latter and put volume on, sound is playing, random sound (like it would be on sustain pedal, though I don't have it...), but didn't press any key also... then i switch to next patch and it stops. What could it be, it happened 3 times in last month. THx!

Are the occurrences of this phenomenon all in the same location/venue? Is anything connected to the Triton MIDI In, or USB? Mains power good? No ground loop issues?

Not related to locations

it happened once at home, no usb, no midi, version is 1.0.2 and got in 64 MB RAM bank in it
