Minilogue XD - 4th Voice not playing issue

Hi, I recently got my Minilogue XD and I'm loving it, but in POLY mode it doesn't seem to play 4 notes, only 3, and requires the 4th note to be played twice.

Here's a video of the issue, notice when I play the 4th notice in a sequence it doesn't sound until I play it again.

I've noticed this on firmware 2.00 and after upgrading to 2.01, I'm not sure if it happened on earlier firmwares.

I've confirmed POLY CHAIN is off.
The same issue occurs when triggering via sequencer or midi.

Has anyone else had this same issue, and ideally found a fix for it? It kind of makes poly mode useless.

ended up taking it back to the store for replacement.
