Korg M1 and Triton Virtual Instruments Not Volume Chasing

I use DP 10.11 on a Mac mini with OS 10.14.6.
MIDI tracks always play back at full volume instead chasing the volume to the fader level. Anyone know why this is happening? Thanks.
