Has anyone experienced your external sd card not reading on korg krome?

No problems here, so far, but the Owners Manual is quite specific. SDXC cards are not supported, only SD and SDHC, up to 32GB. The SD card must be formatted on the Krome. The Krome will not correctly recognise media that has been formatted by another device.

The Krome would not boot up, error 216. Bought a new SD card and loaded it with Kogkromeinnerstorageimage.rar which I found in a european site. Installed new card. Krome now boots up and presents all programs and combinations, but the sound is like a crackle and white noise everywhere. What now???
