Sync Issues

recently I bought a electribe 2 red
and I can't sync it with the other tools.
with the volcano series only on the clock and only as slaves
at noon I failed
they also fail to synchronize with a novation circuit
I mention that I tried all the available settings
maybe I'm doing something wrong
