Authorization code missing

Hi,
I bought Symphonic Dreams Complete 4 from the Korg Kronos Sound site, I have only received one authorization Key for EXs-39. Nothing to authorized EXs 45-46-47.
It’s been almost a week that I try to reach Korg Support. I’ve emailed them several times they still don’t answer to me emails.
Any idea how I can fix this issue and get those authorization key?

If they can’t offer support maybe they could just wait before sending their  «Special April 2020 Sale » emails.
Anyways, if someone can help me or knows how the reach someone at Korg’s that can help me, I would be very grateful.
