Kontrol editor can't find nanokontrol (1st gen)

hello,
I'm brand new to this forum so please don't be too rude as I'm sure my question has been asked many times.
I've searched the 10th first pages of the forum but can't find same issues.
I have the first series nano kontrol. it worked well until I changed my laptop.
Now , i have a Dell G5 (i7 + 16Go ram) +windows 10
my problem : I have installed the usb-midi driver (last version) + Korg Kontrol Editor (last vers.).
I can see the nano in my peripheral manager (as Korg nano kontrol) but Kontroler doesn't see it (and Ableton LIve also).
i've tried to reinstall, restart the computer... nothing works
If someone can help me figured out this issue
