KORG d16XD recorder issue

Hi. I have a korg d16xd, similar to d32xd. The recorder keeps stating it is out of disc space despite having 99 percent free, because it is only recognizing the pc drive not the internal hard drive A. Even so, pc also has plenty space. Tried optimizing tracks and deleting songs to no avail. Any thoughts on getting it to recognize its internal drive. Thanks
