Update for Oasys

I bought a used Oasys secondhand from a seller who didn't. know the first owner I do have system recovery discs and LAC-1 unlock codes. Also, I would like to receive the latest update system 1.3.3.I think To get this, I tried to register on korguser.net, but after entering the serial number and public ID, the registration system tells me that the tool is already registered. I live in Denmark so I turned to KORG Denmark with a request to help, but I was told that they could not help because Oasys first owner is reg. on Korg .net and that owner need to transfer the reg. to me but they could not tell me his name. So can someone help me maybe send me a copy of the latest update I will be glad.
What else can do in this situation?

National Distributor Korg MUST help, no matter where your Oasys was previously registered. They must issue a file form for the transfer of the owner's rights. It must be completed and returned to the distributor. You don't need to fill in the data of the previous owner (if you don't know). The transfer is arranged in Korg Japan (head office). Your national distributor will send the completed file form there. Then, when confirmation comes from Japan, the distributor will inform you that you can register at korguser.net
I am writing in such detail because I found myself in the same situation. And my national distributor helps me.
If they refuse to help you, IT IS A VIOLATION OF THE LAW!
