Ikorg ms20 power issue - elp!

Hi there - having an issue with my sons ms20 mini - since we have bought it the unit has been nothing but problems and of course its now out of warranty and its broken again. The issue is that there is no power lights on the front when switched on. The PSU is putting out 9v and the polarity is correct - any ideas to repair / schematics or reccomended ( good value) repairers of units in the uk - any help would be much appreciated.
