XE20 - noisy keys

Getting a replacement sent, should have it in a week.
Retailer agreed that the key noises didnt seem right.

Well, the keyboard is back in my room now. The repair shop said they called Korg again and went through my video and Korg refused the replacement: "unfortunately since the tech and the KORG service department was unable to identify a manufacturer defect they are not going to be able to provide a warranty replacement."

Since I have now had two with the same issue, I guess the replacement may not have made a difference anyway. But it sounds like Korg doesn't think this is an issue.

So did you get this resolved or did KORG become Casio? Well OOPS i just purchased a Casio PX560. Nice Board
