Korg EMX-1 board replacement

Hi

I was just curious whether anyone has succesfully replaced the mainboard on their Korg EMX-1. What steps did you have to follow?

I am having trouble with N_Initlz Error, no matter I do.

In the interest of future reference this issue has been resolved! The replacement board that Korg had sent me was faulty, the flash memory could not be updated with new firmware which is what Korg support suggested I do because the SmartMedia card reader on the unit was faulty. They sent me another board free of charge and this worked straight away after initial preload.

Hello - how did you get a replacement board? I'm thinking I may need one for my ESX-1, but can't find one on the internet anywhere. Thanks!
