Volca FM - cryptic/unknown parameters

So I think I've just about figured out all parameters now, one that eludes me however is

OrS - Osc Rate Scale
It doesn't seem to do anything no matter what I set it to or what other parameters I have set.

Any help?

The FM has the same oscillator set-up as the Yamaha DX-7. What I understand from the DX7 manual (https://www.manualslib.com/manual/19629 ... =44#manual), is that RATE SCALING adjusts the attack/decay rates of the oscillator based on how high/low a note is.
With this you can give lower notes slower attack/decay, and higher notes faster attack/decay than set with the EG RATE settings..
