Wavestate won´t boot up. Stuck at boot screen
Hi everyone
After two days of having my Wavestate. I woke up this morning, try to turn it on and it gets stuck at the boot screen showing the wavestate logo.
I tried unpluging the AC adapter for a few minutes and turn it back on again with no luck.
I can´t find information on how to reset it
Anyone experiencing the same issue?
Thanks

I summarize my situation:
- Output plug power supply: 11.9V from meter tester
- only the spash screen is visible, but it remains frozen
- no panel led lights up, no signs of operating system loading life
- however, some faint intermittent blue flashes can be seen below the 16 keys of the sequencer. can it be a sign of some clue?

The blue light is from the main CM3 module.
I have a few things I'd like you to check using your computer, if possible. Are you using a Mac, or Windows? I

As a troubleshooting step, could you try this?KORG-LUKE wrote:Hi Dan,
I use Win10 or better I used until a few days ago. Now this no longer communicates with the WS, it remains waiting for the device.
Even the mode boot from usb does not give any result, the pc does not receive the WS.
Thanks in advance.
Download and run Bonjour Browser for Windows:
https://hobbyistsoftware.com/bonjourbrowser
Let me know if any services from wavestate appear in Bonjour Browser.
(This may give us an idea of what parts of the wavestate are still working.)
Thanks,
Dan
