LFO targeting issue

I’m able to target OSC2 only when the LFO is routed to pitch or shape but when cutoff is selected it will targets OSC1 too regardless of what I select in the menu. Any ideas?

Just the way the synth is designed. (Simple) You should be able to achieve what you want by using both layers and assigning the 2 LFOs as needed.
