I had issues playing my Kronos and Mojo organ also computer based when playing in my home during the winter when the heating system starts. Both had playing issues which went away after rebooting.
I got one of these and it stopped those issues. Cheap, small enough to take on gigs and happy with it.

Now I'm experiencing another issue with my Kronos that has never happened before. Today, I powered it up and as soon as the Kronos splash screen appeared, the keyboard shut down. It did that about 4 times before it finally booted up. I then tried to duplicate the issue by powering it down and up again, but now it seems to be functioning normally. My previous issues with my keyboard shutting down and/or displaying an error message have not occurred in the past 10 days or so, but now I'm starting to panic as to what could be happening. I just purchased a UPS and have my studio now connected to it, but don't know what to do next.
