-/+ Octave buttons & semi tones

Why can't I reset to 0 Octave wnhen I press and hold both -/+ buttons like every single synth I own.

Also if possible to be able to assign buttons to perform -/+ semi tone globally on performance level for 4 layers at once.

Please Korg add this in the next release update,
